I came in for an inspection and the service was quick, hardly any wait, front attendant in there was very attentive. I am definitely coming back for oil service or anything else.

Went in to get an alignment, they said they were to busy to get to it today mind you this is 9 am in the morning. But whatever I can understand if you just happen to be busy. What I thought was odd I asked if I could make an appointment for another day and they refused to do that.

Great experience! Called and got a walk in state inspection appointment. I was done in less than 45 minutes. Very welcoming waiting room, fresh flowers and coffee. Gary was great!!! Will be back.

I've never had SOMEONE add something to my oil looking for a leak! I dropped the vehicle off for a charging problem. The checked battery voltage was zero volts according to what was recorded on the receipt. I jumped the vehicle (charged the battery) and drove it away from this rip off of an establishment. The only reason I took it there was because of carmax's instructions. What I took away from the experience was...they have absolutely no reason to touch anyone's vehicle.. 1. They broke the positive cable end plastic cap protector. 2. They bent the positive cable end clamp 3. They added dye to the engine oil 4. They tried to sell me tires All for a diagnosis of a faulty charging system that still doesn't work. Incompetent comes to mind. Criminal also comes to mind.

After checking my tire for a nail, they determined that it didn’t puncture deep. Removed it and checked the tire pressure. This was free of charge!

THEY'RE RIPOFFS!!! 1 of our cars 2012 Kia Rio was rejected 4 inspection by them.... But DIDN'T need 2 cause thee Current stickers r STILL GOOD!! They ONLY noted on the paperwork that 3 lights needed 2b fixed & the drivers side Outter Tie Rod & said I had 2wks to get it done; but I brought it back the NEXT DAY after fixing the 3 different lights & was Allowing them 2 do the Outer Tie Rod....as I mentioned 2 them I'd probably do; even though they're cost for the Tie Rod ALONE was $401 w/ an alignment: which I FOUND OUT FROM 4 OTHER ESTIMATES WAS AN IGNORANT OVERCHARGE!!! The WORST part is they called me AFTER they had the car for 7-1/2hrs sayin the AIR BAG LIGHT WAS ON..... Which WASN'T noted on the Original paperwork & it WASN'T on when we took it Back 2 them the Very Next Day!!!! They like 2 gv REJECTION STICKERS cause they Feel they can BULLY U INTO MORE EXPENSES..... Which(like I stated) WASN'T EVEN ON THE ORIGINAL PAPERWORK AS A REASON 2 FAIL US A 2nd Time!!! Their story DIDN'T EVEN MAKE SENSE: sayin some codes came up when it was pulled in IN THE MORNING for them 2 do repairs..... But they NEVA CONTACTED US; as they're SUPPOSE 2 DO if they find ANYTHING out of the ordinary or any Other expense!!! They said they checked the codes..... But COULDN'T figured out what they meant?? & when I started Barking & getting upset, ALL of a SUDDEN she came back & said some codes came up 2 tell them what 2 do..... Which she STILL DIDN'T EXPLAIN?!?!?! They LEFT IT IN THE AIR that they CAN'T pass the car 4 inspection.....& hasn't called back 2 my lady who was interrupted AT WORK to handle her son's car situation; CAUSE I DON'T DO WELL WIT SLIMY PEOPLE!!!! It's been OVA a HR ana half & they STILL haven't contacted her wit ANY comforting news!!! They SEEN that I myself hv a 2019 Truck & she has a 2019 SUV.....& I FEEL they r BIAS towards WHO THEY WANT!!!! 😥 I WILL b contacting the BBB & we HV the ORIGINAL paperwork to take them to Small Claims Court for the DIFFERENCE of charge$ when I get Written quotes from the Other 4 shops I spoke 2!!! When they do an inspection..... The 1st ting they do is CHECK the Codes.....there was NOTHING ABOUT AN AIRBAG FROM THE 1st inspection..... Soo they're LIARS!!!!
